WARNING: You should have a webcam already installed on your system!!!

Download the setup program (self-extracting executable archive) WinTrarh from your nearest mirror site, and

click "open" in the "file download" dialog box, or (alternatively)

"save" it in some temporary directory on your hard disk, after which you should run it under Windows (by double-clicking the corresponding item in Windows Explorer in Windows 9x).

Follow the instructions of the Setup program.
